The service SAN VITO LO CAPO EXPRESS SHUTTLE SHARING is a technological platform that let users book their travel, sharing it with other people. Sharing your trip let you find here the lowest prices.

SAN VITO LO CAPO EXPRESS SHUTTLE SHARING makes available free seats in our minivans, for collective trips from Palermo "Falcone and Borsellino" airport or Trapani "Vincenzo Florio" airport to San Vito Lo Capo and conversely.You must book your trip until twelve hours before TRANSFER's departure through www.sanvitolocapobus.com or at our affiliated travel agencies.

Travellers must observe strictly the following regulations enacted for the safety and regularity of service.

Getting on and off the Shuttle Buses

Getting on and off the Shuttle Buses must be connected only in the places described (AIRPORT PALERMO OR TRAPANI, VIA DEL MULINO 96 IN SAN VITO LO CAPO). Nobody can get on the minivan if the travellers' number written on the vehicle registration is already reached. Intermediate stops are not permitted, as said by Italian Law (21/92). We are a company that makes use of a company focused on car hire with driver, that makes transfers to and from the airports of Trapani and Palermo, in collaboration with our agency partner located in San Vito Lo Capo and vice versa. We don't offer door to door service. After your landing, you'll find our drivers in the arrives' halls. They will carry a sign with EXPRESS SHUTTLE SHARING written on. In San Vito Lo Capo you can find our buses in our agency partner located in Via del Mulino 96, famous and central street of the small village. (take a look at the map on www.sanvitolocapobus.com). 

Travel documents and bookings

Before getting on board traveller must show his voucher, bought through the site or booked with adequate notice by phone, mail, sms or booked directly at our agency partner in San Vito Lo Capo. Our drivers could control your vouchers before departure. During your trip you must have your voucher with you, in case of police controls.

  • a. Your voucher is the only valid travel document for getting on our buses.You must print or download it on your phone before departure. The simple inquiry or request for information, however, has no validity as a travel document.
  • b. Customer is obliged to give correct and complete details while booking.
  • c. Customer must control if details printed on the voucher are correct.   He has to notify potential anomalies, mailing them to us before the departure.
  • d. Every group or customer must give a valid phone number for every eventuality. Company will communicate eventual change of scheduled time by phone. Passengers must verify messages on their phone sent by our company. For a correct booking, please fill the form before proceeding to the online payment. If you want to withdraw cash at the airport, please note that our drivers couldn't wait more then 10 (ten) minutes after the standard departure time. After this time, our drivers are authorized to leave the airport without passengers. There wouldn't be any refund. If possible, we will move your booking to the next route (with empty seats). For not loosing their bookings, our customers must notify, in a timely manner, eventual delays: otherwise it wouldn't be possible to save his booking for the next routes.
  • e. Customer's legal rights will never be rejected or decreased.
  • f. These General Terms are subordinated to the italian law. Trapani's Court is in charge for every litigation between customers and our company.

Children transport

Every passenger who travel on our bus shuttle, independently of age, must pay the required amount for the purchase of the itinerary.

Pet transport

Pet transport is not allowed on our shuttles.

Luggage transport

Every customer could carry with him a hand luggage not bigger than 60cmx45cmx30cm nor heavier then 12 (twelve) kg. He could also carry a hold luggage lighter than 25 (twentyfive) kg and whose perimeter is shorter than 180 cm.

Customer has to specify while he's booking if he's going to carry with him big luggages like bikes or golf bags (for which an additional charge is provided). Drivers could refuse to get on board not declared luggages. Luggages left in the shuttles by the customer will be sent to him (at his own expenses), at the address he's given to the company. The Company will try to satisfy every particular need of the customers (earlier notified in the booking form), without any commitment.

Behavioural rules

Every passenger is forbidden from:

  • a) smoking, bothering, eating and drinking on our shuttles; It's forbidden to get in our buses drugs or spirits;
  • b) occupying more than one seat per person; 
  • c) doing advertising activity without company's permission; 
  • d) oiling, damaging shuttles' devices;
  • e) Travellers must follow instructions given by Company staff. They must remain seated during the route, until the shuttle stops. The Company denies every responsibility in case of accident occurred to travellers who don't respect these rules. 
  • f) Drivers could refuse to take on board anyone who seems under influence of alcohol and drugs and/or assumes a threatening behaviour toward the driver, other passengers, shuttle's safety.
  • g) SAN VITO LO CAPO EXPRESS SHUTTLE SHARING has regularly assured its vehicles, according to current regulations.
  • h) The Company will provide for free possible child seats, depending on the availability. Children are welcome on board.

Timetables

The timetables shown here could change. Evey variation will be communicated on this site and by phone. The travel time is approximate and depends on climatic and environmental conditions (traffic, road blocks, strikes). The driver could choose an alternative route only with his superivisors' permission. Passenger wouldn't be refunded if route's interruption is due to extenuating circumstances.

Cancellations, changes, refunds

  • a. Booking cancellation has to be notified only by email: the Company will write back for confirming it. In case of cancellation the customer wouldn't be refunded, unless he has cancelled his booking 30 (thirty) days before. For any refund, the customer must take into account, that loses the transaction service costs imposed by the system (maximum € 2.50 per person to tour).
  • b. It the customer doesn't receive the confirmation mail of his cancellation he must call the Company.

Lost properties

The customer could find lost properties left on the buses at our partner agency, in Via del Mulino 96 - 91010 - San Vito Lo Capo (Sicily). 

Duration of service

The service is available from the day 25 May to 1 October.
