Where can I make a reservation?

You can book online on our website, at our agency in San Vito lo Capo, at 96 Via Del Mulino and our travel agencies partners present in San Vito Lo Capo, up to 12 hours before the departure.

What are the points of departure and arrival?

The starting point in the airports of Trapani and Palermo is at the Arrivals, where you will meet our drivers waiting for you with a billboard with the name of our service. The departure from San Vito Lo Capo is at 96 Via Del Mulino, the offices of our agency.

The drop-off point at the airport of Trapani and Palermo is directly at the Departures Terminal, while in San Vito Lo Capo it is where our agency is located, at 96 Via del Mulino.

Is the online payment made only by Paypal?

It is possible to pay online with any credit / debit / prepaid card or with a PayPal account if you have one.

Does the service offer the option of having only one person on board?

The departure is also possible with a single passenger.

Are there expected stops along the way?

The transport service Express Shuttle Sharing is a direct service and does not have any stops on the way.

We are a group, is there a discount? Do children benefit of one?

We do not offer any discounts on the Return Tickets for groups. Children pay the full price of a ticket due to the fact that they occupy a seat. We can offer for free raised seats for a more comfortable travel.

Will there be other departure times?

On our website you can find the bus timetable, this being the only one available.

If my flight arrives late and I miss my shuttle, will I be allowed to board the next one?

Our shuttle has a waiting time of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time. In the eventuality of a flight delay you can be rebooked on the next route, subject to availability.

Can I change the time of booking or cancel the reservation and get a refund?

It is possible to change the time of the booking for free, depending on availability. You can cancel the booking for free 30 days before the departure date which you selected during the booking process. In case of cancellation 30 days before the departure, we will refund the booking fee via Paypal, minus the transaction costs imposed by Paypal.

How much baggage am I allowed?

Each person is allowed one large checked-in baggage and one hand luggage.
